Our Mission

The goal of San Joaquin A+is to support and enhance the education of the youth of our community; to create responsible, employable and productive citizens by identifying and engaging in methods of cooperation and collaboration amoung the education, business and community-based resources of our county.

A+ Teachers' Award Recognition Program

On May 16, San Joaquin A+ recognized fourteen outstanding teachers as educational leaders in our community. San Joaquin A+ sponsors the A+ Teachers Award annually to recognize successful, innovative and exciting teachers from throughout the county.

At this event we thank the more than 100 volunteers who help San Joaquin A+. We honor fourteen outstanding teachers who are nominated by their principals. We also thank our Reading Ambassadors.

The following model teachers were recognized in 2008.
